elselog 是由 Beijing Burst Fruit Technology Co., Ltd. 提供的私人日记与角色回信服务。我们只会为提供、维护和保护这项服务而处理你的信息。

我们处理的信息

账号信息：通过“使用 Apple 登录”提供的 Apple 账户标识符、显示名称和电子邮件地址。
你的内容：你主动保存的日记文字、照片、语音笔记、所选角色，以及据此生成的文字与视频回信。
服务与设备信息：设备推送令牌、App 版本、会话信息和必要的故障诊断记录。
购买信息：订阅状态和 Apple 提供的交易标识符，用于验证和恢复订阅权益。

我们如何使用信息

这些信息仅用于登录和同步你的信箱、生成你请求的 AI 回信与视频、发送服务通知、提供订阅权益、排查服务故障，以及防止滥用。我们不会将你的日记或回信用于广告投放，也不会出售你的个人信息。

AI 处理与服务提供方

在你通过 App 内独立的 AI 数据告知页明确允许前，我们不会启动涉及你个人内容的第三方 AI 处理。麦克风权限或同意本隐私政策不等于同意 AI 数据分享。

豆包大模型：处理日记文字、附加照片、在设备上完成的语音转写、称呼、语言、所选角色、相关历史记忆和回信，用于生成回信及维持上下文；制作邀请视频时还处理你输入的收件人姓名。
Minimax：处理生成的台词以合成角色语音，台词可能包含姓名及日记细节。
视频和图像生成服务：处理制作视频和礼物图片所需的角色图片、生成台词、音频、动作提示和礼物描述。
我们的服务：提供后端、数据库和媒体存储，处理同步账号、日记、照片、原始语音和回信所需的服务数据。

原始录音在设备上转写后，随你主动保存的语音笔记存储在我们的服务；不发送给上述 AI 提供方进行语音转写。AI 授权涵盖后续请求、定时回信及为此使用的已有相关日记。你可在 App 的「设置 → 通用 → AI 数据与隐私」撤回授权：这将停止新的 AI 处理，但无法收回已经发送的数据或中止已在执行的请求。拒绝授权时本次生成操作取消，文字草稿保留，已有内容仍可阅读。

第三方数据保护

我们要求所有处理个人数据的服务提供方提供与本隐私政策相同或同等水平的保护，并将数据处理限制在完成所请求服务所必需的范围内。第三方 AI 服务不得将你的输入或生成结果用于自身训练、广告、营销、出售数据或建立内容库。为完成请求而进行的必要传输与处理，不代表允许第三方为自身目的再次使用数据。

数据共享、追踪与保留

我们不将你的数据用于跨 App 或网站追踪。除为提供服务、遵守适用法律或保护用户与服务安全所必需外，我们不会向无关第三方披露你的数据。我们在账号存续期间保留服务所需的数据；你可以请求访问、更正或删除与账号相关的数据。

若本政策发生重要变化，我们会在此页面更新生效日期；在法律要求时，也会通过适当方式通知你。

Privacy Policy

elselog is a private journal and character-reply service provided by Beijing Burst Fruit Technology Co., Ltd. We process information only to provide, maintain, and protect this service.

Information We Process

Account information: the Apple account identifier, display name, and email address supplied through Sign in with Apple.
Your content: diary text, photos, voice notes, your selected character, and the written and video replies generated from that content.
Service and device information: device push token, app version, session information, and necessary diagnostic records.
Purchase information: subscription status and Apple-provided transaction identifiers used to verify and restore subscription access.

How We Use Information

We use this information only to sign you in and sync your mailbox, generate the AI replies and videos you request, send service notifications, provide subscription access, troubleshoot service issues, and prevent abuse. We do not use your diary or replies for advertising and do not sell your personal information.

AI Processing and Service Providers

We ask for explicit permission in a separate in-app AI disclosure before starting third-party AI processing of your personal content. Microphone permission or accepting this policy does not grant AI-sharing permission.

Google: processes journal text, attached photos, on-device voice transcripts, preferred name, language, selected character, relevant memories and previous replies to write replies and maintain continuity. Invitation videos also use the recipient name you enter.
Minimax: processes generated dialogue to synthesize the character’s voice. Dialogue may contain names and details from your journal.
Video and image-generation services: process the character images, generated dialogue, audio, motion prompts and gift descriptions needed to create videos and gift artwork.
Our service: provides backend, database and media storage for the service data needed to synchronize accounts, journals, photos, original recordings and replies.

Voice transcription runs on your device. Original recordings are stored on our service when you save a voice note; they are not sent to the AI providers for transcription. Permission covers future requests, scheduled replies and relevant existing journal content. Withdraw permission in Settings → General → AI Data & Privacy to stop new AI processing. Withdrawal cannot recall data already sent or stop requests already in progress. Declining cancels the action and retains the text draft; existing entries remain readable.

Third-Party Data Protection

We require every service provider processing personal data to provide the same or an equivalent level of protection as this Privacy Policy and to limit processing to what is necessary to perform the requested service. Third-party AI services may not use your inputs or generated outputs for their own training, advertising, marketing, sale of data or content collections. Necessary transmission and processing to fulfill a request does not authorize providers to reuse the data for their own purposes.

Sharing, Tracking, and Retention

We do not use your information to track you across apps or websites. We do not disclose it to unrelated third parties except as needed to provide the service, comply with applicable law, or protect the safety of users and the service. We retain service data while your account remains active; you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of account-related data.

Policy Updates

We will update the effective date on this page when this policy changes materially and will provide further notice when required by law.
